DESCRIPTION:This nourishing Winter Morning Retreat will take place in-person at the beautiful Greenhouse Studio\, Rocklands\, 14a Bel Ombre Drive\, Constantia and is an opportunity to rest and replenish with sangha in shared silence\, as we embrace the season of Winter with kindness\, compassion and trust. \n9am for 9:15am to 1:00pm \nInspired by the wisdom of Buddhist psychology and through the containment of shared silence\, we will deepen our understanding of compassionate self-care.
