15 Day Recommitment to Daily Practice: NOVEMBER NOURISHMENT

11 - 25 November (free intro on 9 & 10 Nov)

Nurturing & Nourishing Meditation practices for Body, Heart & Mind to end the year calmly & wisely with compassionate self-care and integrated, joyful well-being.

Daily meditations (Zoom & recordings), qigong, mindful movement, teachings and poetry: create the conscious intention of cultivating integrating self-care practices to deepen our capacity for kindness, compassion, wisdom & appreciative joy.

All Welcome - donation based.

Daily Timetable will follow.

Meditations will be sent each morning & some evenings to listen to in your own time if you can’t attend the live Zoom sessions, so that you can still participate in this shared daily recommitment.

Dana/donation guideline total for the 15 days: R150 - R1500. Please offer what you can from the sliding scale or you are welcome to join for free, if you’re not in a position to contribute. Your participation is also much appreciated dana.

9 & 10 November (times tbc) Free Intro & Overview on Zoom (audio recording will be sent).

Sat 12 November online Afternoon Retreat (2-5pm) and
26-27 Nov Overnight Retreat (Sat 9am - Sun 11am @ Mont Fleur) will deepen this recommitment.
