EMBODIED AWARENESS: Mindful Movement and Meditation session

This 90 minute session focusses on our embodied awareness through Mindful Movement and Meditation.
Dominique will begin with an introduction and explanation on the importance of embodied awareness and its powerful ability to bring us out of anxiety and fear and into the present moment within our bodies. This is followed by a guided seated meditation, a restorative mindful movement session and will end with a loving kindness meditation towards the body.
This practice cultivates our ability to embody our experience and connect with the home we live in, to develop a deeper compassion and reverence for our embodied self.

No prior movement /meditation experience necessary - come as you are.
This class is offered on a sliding scale of R300/280/250/R220 but whatever you are able to offer will be gratefully received. Further reductions available on request.
