RETREAT: Finding Solace with Sangha in Silence (In-person or online)

This nourishing Morning Retreat will take place in-person at Themis Studio, 67 Belmont Ave, Oranjezicht with an online option from 9:15am - 11am and is an opportunity to rest and replenish with kindness, compassion and trust.

9am for 9:15am to 12:45pm

Inspired by the wisdom of Buddhist psychology and through the containment of shared, ennobling silence, we will deepen our understanding of compassionate self-care. We will cultivate the qualities of heart that nourish our well-being and strengthen our capacity to open the heart and mind to new beginnings, with gentle courage, curiosity and deepening trust.

Numbers for in-person attendance will be limited, so please book soon to secure your place. A non-refundable deposit of R350 is required on booking.

CPD accreditation: (2 general CEUs) for psychologists and other HPCSA (or equivalent) registered professionals to be confirmed, with an annual admin fee of R375.
