This daylong in person retreat (which includes tea and a nourishing vegetarian/vegan lunch) is an opportunity to find Solace with Sangha in Silence.
9:15am for 9:30am - 3:30pm
Through mindfulness and compassion practices, we will draw on the containment of silence, cultivating a practice of self-care. As we listen to the body, heart and mind with kindness, we strengthen our connection to our own intuitive wisdom, as we rest in compassionate awareness.
Inspired by the wisdom of Buddhist psychology, the retreat will include teachings, guided sitting meditations, qigong movement meditation and time for reflection in a listening and talking meditation.
