Please join our online daily recommitment to nourishing meditation practices which cultivate kindness, compassion, wisdom & appreciative joy.
~ including 15 - 30 minute meditations plus half-day & weekend retreats (daily times & Zoom link sent weekly)

Meditations & poetry (live on Zoom) are sent each morning to listen to in your own time if you can’t attend the live sessions, so that you can still participate in this shared daily recommitment. These meditations are shared freely, but if you can support this offering with a donation (dana), that is very greatly appreciated. All contributions are received with much gratitude & your presence in our Stillmind Sangha (community) is also very greatly appreciated dana.
