This Afternoon Retreat will take place online via Zoom, and is an opportunity to find solace through practising in community with like-minded sangha in silence. Please download the app and the link will be emailed to you. Please book as per usual using the links below.

Through mindfulness and compassion practices, we will draw on the containment of silence, cultivating a practice of self-care. As we listen to the body, heart and mind with kindness, we strengthen our connection to our own intuitive wisdom, as we rest in compassionate awareness.

Inspired by the wisdom of Buddhist psychology, the retreat will include teachings, guided sitting meditations, qigong movement meditation and time for reflection in a listening and talking meditation.
