It is an opportunity to find solace at this challenging time through practising with like-minded sangha. Through mindfulness and compassion practices, we will draw on the containment of silence which allows us to deepen our trust in possibilities, as we rest in compassionate awareness.
Drawing on the wisdom of Buddhist psychology, the afternoon will include teachings, guided sittings, qigong movement meditation and time for reflection in a listening and talking meditation.
