It is an opportunity to find solace at this challenging time through practising with like-minded sangha. Through mindfulness and compassion practices, we will draw on the containment of silence which allows us to deepen our trust in possibilities, as we rest in compassionate awareness.
Drawing on the wisdom of Buddhist psychology, the morning will include teachings, guided sitting, walking and reclining meditations, as well as qigong movement meditation, which will enhance our embodied experience.
