RETREAT: Finding Solace with Sangha in Silence

This extended half-day retreat is now part of Sue's February month of offerings to Open the Heart, Still the Heart and Move the Body.  It is online due to the Covid-19 resurgence and will take place via Zoom. Please download the app and the link will be emailed to you. Please book as per usual using the links below.

It is an opportunity to find solace at this challenging time through practising with like-minded sangha. Through mindfulness and compassion practices, we will draw on the containment of silence which allows us to deepen our trust in possibilities, as we rest in compassionate awareness.

Drawing on the wisdom of Buddhist psychology, the morning will include teachings, guided sitting, walking and reclining meditations, as well as qigong movement meditation, which will enhance our embodied experience.
