This Afternoon Retreat will take place online via Zoom and is an opportunity to find solace through practising with like-minded sangha. Please download the app and the link will be emailed to you. Please book as per usual using the links below.

Through mindfulness and compassion practices, we will draw on the containment of silence, cultivating a practice of self-care. As we listen to the body, heart and mind with kindness, we strengthen our connection to our own intuitive wisdom, as we rest in compassionate awareness.

Inspired by the wisdom of Buddhist psychology, the retreat will include teachings, guided sitting meditations, qigong movement meditation and time for reflection in a listening and talking meditation.

This retreat is offered on a donation-based sliding scale. Please choose the amount that you can manage and would like to offer.

Standard rate: R500/550/600
Reduced rate: R350/400/450 with further reductions on request

Although the full and higher rates are always greatly appreciated, the reductions are offered to make this event more accessible.
