This New Year's on-line overnight retreat is an opportunity to process some of the grief, sorrow and stress of this year, allowing us to make space for new beginnings and the possibility of joy and wonder in the new year. Through meditations, teachings, qigong, time in Nature and time for reflection, we will cultivate a grounded, compassionate presence, which allows us to be with what has unfolded with greater clarity, calm and kindness. Through embracing the joys and the sorrows of the year with a brave and compassionate heart and mind, we can create the possibility for heartfelt presence in the midst of change and uncertainty.
In addition to the daily retreat schedule, there will be an optional late night dharma talk and meditation to welcome the New Year, which can also be attended separately on a dana basis.
